Ordering
Telephone orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 9am through 5:00pm. Walk in purchases may also be picked up
at our facility during these same hours. Faxed or emailed purchase orders may be sent 24 hours a day via our fax line
at 781.639.0217 or email to orders@pdqdistributing.com.
Payment Terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for all purchases. COD/Cash/Checks are required for all other
methods of payment. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee plus the amount of the check. An excessive number
of returned checks could result in your account being closed. PDQ reserves the right to pursue any and all legal action
to resolve the situation
Shipping
PDQ will ship your order the same day via UPS Ground Service when orders are in house by 3:30 pm. Heavy, oversize, or
items that require special handling will be sent motor freight via a carrier selected by PDQ. Additional charges will be incurred
for truck orders shipping to residential addresses or addresses with-out loading docks.
Orders totaling $2500 or more qualify for pre-paid freight EXCEPT for the following Vendors: Olevia and Stewart Filmscreen.
Drop Shipments
PDQ Distributing will facilitate the drop shipment of products from the factory to your business provided the particular
Vendor permits it. All drop shipments must be prepaid in full including all applicable freight charges. No CODS are accepted
for drop shipments.
Damage
All shipping damage must be reported to PDQ Distributing within 5 days of receipt. It is imperative when you receive a package
with visible carton damage, it must be inspected immediately and damage to be reported to PDQ Distributing.
Defective Products and Warranties
All products sold by PDQ Distributing are covered under individual manufacturer’s warranties. Please refer to the enclosed
owner’s manual and warranty cards for applicable warranty policy. If a product arrives damaged on arrival (DOA), you will
be eligible for either an exchange or warranty repair as determined by the vendors’ published DOA policies. You must contact
PDQ Distributing for an RA number prior to returning the defective or damaged product. Products returned with missing manuals,
remotes, or accessories will be charged back to the buyer.
Refused Orders
All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable freight charges.
Stock Returns
All unopened, factory sealed boxes may be returned to PDQ Distributing within 30 days from the date of invoice.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the return of the unopened products. The restocking fee will be waived in
a 1 for 1 offsetting order is placed at the time of return. All open boxes will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
plus the cost for any missing packing materials, manuals, remotes, or other supplied accessories. The dealer will
prepay the freight back to PDQ Distributing. All returns require an RA number. Returns with no RA number will be refused.
Web & Resale Policy
All sales must be directly to end users in your geographic area or via an accompanied installation.
Trans-shipping and selling purchased products via internet or e-commerce is expressly prohibited.
Your purchasing of products from us constitutes acceptance of these terms. Failure to abide by this
policy will cause us to cease selling you all products. Please help keep the marketplace clean for your fellow dealers.
